Confidence Level (95% is standard) %	A measure of the reliability of a result. The confidence level indicates the percent of time that the true percentage of the population would lie within a given margin of error (95% would be entered as 95 not .95).
Margin of Error (i.e. ±3%) %	The Margin of Error or Confidence Interval is the +/- number commonly reported in newspapers. It measures "how far off" your results might be at a given confidence level (±3% would be entered as 3 not .03).
