Training Methodology
The Methodology we employ in providing our Management Development Training Programs and Skill Upgradation Workshops include.

  • Identifying the required Skill sets for the process (This is required to screen and recruit the right candidates at the very beginning of the process, where recruitment is involved.)
  • Identify Training Needs - Once the required skill sets are identified, the training needs need to be identified.
  • Goal Setting is done to set expectations and targets of the training.
  • Brainstorm on Training Methodologies which can be applied to offer an innovative, practical, executable & complete solution for the training needs.
  • Module Preparation which encompasses the complete training solutions for the training needs identified.
  • Class Room Training where the theoretical, informative, interactive, practical & fun filled learning's are passed on to the candidates by our experienced group of trainers.
  • Multimedia Based Sessions are conducted where technology is used to the benefit of the candidates. The multimedia training for all our programs are again customized to meet specific Training needs.
